SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship within the U.S. and most international destinations.

Deliveries are made via UPS, USPS and DHL, depending on the destination. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

For pre-order items, estimated production and shipping timelines will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–8 working days, depending on your location and selected service. 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected or refused packages will not be reimbursed by amatoe.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

U.S. orders are not subject to customs duties.

For international orders, taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping price. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and carrier, and amatoe is unable to estimate them in advance.

 

CURRENCIES

amatoe cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates applied by your bank when converting USD into another currency.
