Find the row your foot length falls into. Ranges shown in centimeters  — measure to the nearest millimeter for the most accurate fit.

How to measure

  1. Stand on a sheet of paper: Place a sheet against a wall and stand with your heel touching it, weight evenly distributed. Feet spread slightly when you stand — measure standing, not sitting.
  2. Mark your longest toe: Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — for many people that's the second toe, not the big toe. Repeat for both feet.
  3. Measure heel to toe: Measure the distance from the wall edge to your mark in millimetres. Do this at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.
  4. Use your longer foot: Most people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Always size to the longer one.


Between two sizes?

Size down if:
  • You like a close, minimal feel
  • You have a low-volume foot — a slim instep, low arch, or narrow heel

Size up if:

  • You have a wide, high-volume foot — a high arch, full instep, or a prominent outer-foot bone
  • If your second or third toe is longer than your big toe - our toebox tapers down in length after the big toe
  • You prefer a roomier feel

Wide or high-volume foot? Size up. Our last is generous through the toe box, but if your foot is wide or full through the middle, going up one size gives the room you need without changing the length fit.

Each pair is handmade. Because every pair is cut and lasted by hand in Portugal, tiny variations between pairs are part of how they're made.
